Incorrect Information
If you have provided incorrect information when placing your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to correct your details. If your order has already left our warehouse before you contact our customer service and the incorrect information affects the delivery of your package, it is your responsibility as the customer to cover any additional costs that may arise.

Changes to Orders
We cannot make any changes to your order, as your order is usually processed at our partners warehouse. Therefore, please carefully check your details before completing your order. Please cancel your order and place a newone with the updated details.

When placing an order via the website, the prices listed on the website apply. Price information is provided in USD. Prices do not include payment and shipping fees, which are stated separately.

Delivery

Right of Withdrawal and Complaints
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via the contact form or email within 14 days of receiving the item and inform us that you wish to return it. Refunds are issued within 14 days from when we receive and approve the returned item. For complaints, contact us via the contact form or email, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Responsibility for Returns
When exercising your right of withdrawal, it is your responsibility to cover the return shipping costs and ensure the condition of the item both upon receipt and during the return shipment. Once we have received your notification of return, you have 14 days to return the item to us. To ensure proper handling, please package the item carefully in its original box and in good condition.
Refund
For returns, we will refund the amount you paid for the item, including any delivery costs. We charge a fee of 6 USD for returns, which will be deducted from your refund and not charged by the postal agent. The return process can take up to 14 days from when you send the products back to us. If the item has been handled more than necessary to establish its function or characteristics, resulting in damages, we reserve the right to make deductions from the refund to cover the depreciation of the returned items.

Dispute
In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes.
Force Majeure

Exempting circumstances include government action or omission, new or amended legislation, labor market conflict, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major accident, or another type of natural disaster.
